Bosch Range / Oven E11: Touch Controls Need Attention
THE SHORT ANSWER
The touch controls are not operating correctly.
Bosch says E11 can relate to condensation at the touch keys. Dry the control panel; its support page permits a 10-second supply interruption.
When the surface is safe to touch, use a dry cloth on the control panel.
Let hot surfaces cool; keep cleaning liquid out of controls and do not remove the panel.
